Day 1:
DO NOT REMOVE SECOND SKIN
The plastic wrap and gauze can be taken off within a few hours, but the medical-grade adhesive, known as “second skin,” is meant to stay on for several days. Expect fluid, plasma, and some extra ink to ooze from the tattoo, accompanied by redness and soreness. When it's time to remove the dressing, wash your hands thoroughly before gently peeling back the wrap. Use warm water and fragrance-free soap, rinse well, and pat the skin dry. Wait a few minutes before applying ointment or lotion.
Days 2-3:
Continue washing your tattoo once or twice a day. You may notice some ink running into the sink, which is normal. Let the skin dry before applying ointment or lotion.
Days 4-6:
Typically, the second skin is removed during this period. Run the area under water while peeling back the adhesive layer, ensuring your hands are clean. Gently pull to the side, allowing the adhesive to stretch until it lifts slowly. Cleanse the area, let the skin dry, and apply ointment or lotion. Avoid picking at scabs to prevent scarring.
Days 6-14:
Let scabs come off naturally; refrain from picking. If the skin feels itchy, use a fragrance-free and alcohol-free moisturizer. If redness and swelling persist, consult a healthcare professional for possible infection.
Days 15-30:
The tattooed area may appear dry and dull, so continue moisturizing until the skin looks hydrated. By the second or third week, the outer layers of skin should be healed, but it may take 3–4 months for complete healing. By the end of the third month, the tattoo should exhibit the intended brightness and vividness.

Hey! Just a quick note about booking with me..
To lock in your tattoo appointment, a $100 deposit is required. This helps secure your date and time, and it’s non-refundable—but don’t worry, you can totally roll it over if you need to reschedule (as long as you give me enough notice).
If something comes up and you can’t make your appointment, please let me know at least 3 days beforehand. That way, we can shift things around, and your deposit will go toward your new booking.
If I don’t hear from you in time, the deposit will be kept to cover the work I’ve put into prepping your design and holding the spot.
